Scope of the Challege

Eligibility

Current full-time HKUST students
Students can join the challenge once as an individual participant or as a team (up to 4 members)
Students must upload their video on or before the designated deadline
In case you need to submit a revised video, we will only accept up to 2 videos in total and we will consider the last version received as the final submission

Champion

Cash Prize of HK$3,000

First & Second Runner-up

Cash Prize of HK$2,000

Other Prizes

Three Appreciation Awards at HK$500 each

*Videos will be evaluated based on creativity, presentation, and how well the key message is conveyed to students

Awards for Student Voters

All voters will enter into a lucky draw for gift cards/coupons

About the Video

Please submit your video online on or before 9 Mar 2021 (Tuesday), 11:59 pm Hong Kong Time
Format:
- Video Length: < 10 minutes
- Language: English
- File Format: MP4
- Resolution: 720p or above
In case you need to submit a revised video, we will only accept up to 2 videos in total and we will consider the last version received as the final submission
The video will be uploaded to the event website and evaluated by students via vote

At least some part of your video should include the venue at BASE, and you need to be there physically to shoot the video to introduce BASE
Booking should be made at least 2 working days in advance
Please provide following information and contact our colleague at eccherry@ust.hk to book a time to use the venue:

- Name of Visitor, SID, ITSC Email Address
